Here is a vintage 1960s menu from the now-closed, but once highly popular KAVALIER Room , which was located at Schimmel’s Indian Hills Inn, in Omaha Nebraska. This collectible one page menu
provides a nostalgic glimpse into the famous steaks and chops once served here. This restaurant was quite an experience, since it was designed by Richard Kent Interiors, with prestige and elegance.
The menu is in fair condition with beautiful lithography. The corners and edges are rough and there is some expected staining from use in the restaurant.
