An unused vintage 1966 Scott paper towel tent dress in a red paisley print. This retro piece from the 1960s is a unique collectible item that showcases the trends of that era. The “disposable era” had been newly introduced and washing clothing was supposed to become a thing of the past. Paisley prints were so IN as well as “tent” dresses (I had one in grade school-wore it only once after a male classmate asked me if I was pregnant!)
Made in the United States, this dress is a rare find with its original tag and label, making it a valuable addition to any vintage collection.
Truly a museum quality collectible, but it’s at the discretion of the new owner as to its new purpose. It measures 40” in length and 20” across front bustline.
Very well made with its thick paper fabric, its deep pocket and stitching around the arm holes and neckline.
From a smoke and dust free environment and kept in an environmentally safe location. No flaws/in like new cond.
