Rare vintage Leadworks Wurlitzer Fifties miniature jukebox / micro cassette player, modeled after the classic Wurlitzer 1015 jukebox.
This unusual 1980s collectible uses tiny Bandai micro music cartridges rather than standard cassette tapes. Contemporary documentation dates the Leadworks miniature to about 1986–1987, and the cartridges themselves were manufactured by Bandai in Japan.
Included are 20 individual music cartridges, each playing a different oldies/rock-and-roll song. One visible cartridge is “Kansas City.” The cartridges should all be photographed so buyers can see the individual titles.
The jukebox has been tested and plays music and lights properly. The machine requires a cartridge to be inserted for operation, so that behavior is normal for this player.
