Vintage pair of Arizona petrified wood bookends featuring polished display faces with natural rough exterior edges. The stone shows attractive brown, tan, amber, gray-green, and darker mineral coloration throughout.
One bookend retains an older paper label identifying it as “Arizona Petrified Wood.” The label states the wood is approximately 160 million years old; this is being noted as information from the original label and has not been independently verified.
Both pieces have felt-covered flat surfaces for use as bookends.

CONDITION
Vintage condition with natural rough edges and surface irregularities from the petrified wood. Polished faces show some light scratching and age-related wear. Felt remains on the flat surfaces, and one piece retains an older Arizona Petrified Wood identification label.
