This piece was produced as an executive presentation deal \"tombstone\" commemorating a historic$100,000,000 International Note OfferingforThe Dow Chemical Companyin November 1985. The top brass presentation plate is engraved with the deal terms and major international underwriting institutions, including Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Deutsche Bank, CSFB, Smith Barney, UBS, Daiwa, and Nomura.

Exterior Wood Shell:Shows minor surface imperfections, light micro-dents, and minor edge wear along the lacquer finish. Free of structural cracks, deep gouges, or veneer lifting.
Brass Plate & Hardware:Presentation plaque and corner mounts exhibit visible surface scratches, swirl marks, and areas of natural tarnish/patina. The engraved Dow Chemical text remains sharp, complete, and fully readable.
Interior Cedar:Raw Spanish cedar lining remains clean, tight-fitting, and free of water staining, mold, or warping.
