This helmet features a bold red shell customized for an officer rank, featuring retro-reflective gold decals reading \"LIEUTENANT\" and \"E-82\" (Engine 82) cleanly affixed to the sides. The name \"ALLEN\" along with an IAFF union emblem sticker are present on the rear brim.
