For sale is a Camillus 4 line stamp bone scaled jack knife.
The scales look nice, but have a couple of issues marked in red. One is a tight pin crack at the shackle end, and one scale has a little pullout also marked in red, but is stable. There’s another place at shackle end opposite the pin crack. It’s marked with a line going to it. I don’t think it’s a crack but someone will point it out, and it’s there and I want to show it. Looks like more of a scratch.
Both blades have been used and sharpened. The shapes aren’t trashed but they’re not perfect. The small is obviously worse but the main is in pretty good form. They both still have good open and close snaps, and no wobble that I feel. Both have distinct half stops. There are some pitted areas on the blades clearly shown in the pics. The tang stamp is light but easily legible.
The lengths are shown in the pics against a tape.
It’s not a perfect knife but still a WW2 era knife in solid working condition. The issues are reflected in the price.
