Vintage Duraloc 16 1/2" Wooden Textile Mill Weaving Loom Shuttle Boat. This is a thing of beauty. It's heavy dark wood, maybe ebony. It's so smooth to the touch. There are metal pointed ends and other metal bits that make this do it's job. There is a metal plate on one end that says Duraloc Pat. Then it has a logo of an S with two line struck thru, close to a dollar sign. The other end of the shuttle has impressed into the wood M3500 3. Flipped over and impressed on that side is 055 and the logo again.

There is a crack. It also is very smooth and we think it adds to it's character, but we wanted you to know. Please see our photos, they are part of the description.

This is industrial art...steam punk maybe, seeing the workmanship in useful objects. Display it on your wall or shelf, use it to hold papers at your desk, or just set it on the coffee table...it's classic.
