Vintage cobalt-blue glass reproduction of the famous E.G. Booz Old Cabin Whiskey figural bottle, attributed to Clevenger Brothers of New Jersey.
This large cabin-shaped bottle features a graduated stepped collar, beveled roof, molded windows and door, and extensive embossed lettering. It is marked E.G. Booz’s Old Cabin Whiskey, 120 Walnut St. Philadelphia, and 1840.
The heavy cobalt glass displays trapped bubbles, surface waviness, and other handmade mold-blown characteristics. The base is smooth and unmarked, with no Wheaton, Nuline, or other modern maker marking present.
Measures exactly 8 3/8 inches tall.
Very good pre-owned condition with no obvious cracks or major chips. There are light surface marks and naturally occurring glass bubbles and irregularities. A small surface spot/open bubble is visible along one roof edge and is shown closely in the photos. No cork or stopper is included.
The embossed 1840 date is part of the historic bottle design and is not the manufacturing date of this reproduction.
