Beautiful vintage Erandi Mexico pottery vase featuring a colorful hand-painted butterfly, floral and foliage design with a distinctive Tonala-style Mexican folk art look.
This eye-catching vase has a rounded, flattened form and is decorated on both sides. The front features a large stylized butterfly surrounded by colorful flowers and sweeping botanical designs. The reverse features another butterfly above tall grasses and floral motifs. Shades of cobalt blue, green, lavender, rust, black and cream give the piece a wonderful vintage Mexican folk-art appearance.
The sides feature coordinating hand-painted blue and white decoration.
Signed \"ERANDI MEXICO S.” and retains the original Erandi – Made in Mexico – Lead Free** label on the underside.
