Highly unique, specialized library of vintage aviation training, safety, and regulatory media from the late 1990s and early 2000s. This lot features incredibly scarce internal agency and corporate instructional materials that were never sold to the general public.

• FAA Internal SPAS Briefing Package (1994): Includes the highly collectible physical, original May 11, 1994 internal memorandum document from the Director of Flight Standards Service, paired with the official matching gold-bordered VHS tape: "An Introduction to the Safety Performance Analysis System (SPAS)".
