It is bright yellow plastic with a black sillhouette printed on the front. It shows a snaggle toothed witch riding her broom with a happy looking cat standing on the back.It measures about 21" tall, 20" wide, and 4" deep. It can stand on its own on a table, window sill, or on the ground. It also has a hanging hole on the top back so you can hang it in doors or outside. It comes with a working cord and light bulb.The blow mold is on excellent condition. It does have a hole about the diameter of a pencil on the top. Please look at the pictures for condition.
