Made in Italy by Scatolificio MM (see maker's sticker on the back).
Condition Note:
Please review all photos closely. The tray has a structural warp/bend on the top rim and back edge, meaning it does not sit completely flat on a tabletop. It shows surface scratches and wear on the back side consistent with age.
Because of the warp, this piece is best suited and marketed as a decorative wall-hanging display item rather than a flat serving tray.
