Design (boy): Standing boy in a tall dark top hat, brown pants, white shirt, brown jacket and orange bow tie, posed singing while holding an open sheet of music on a round cream-colored base.

Design (girl): Standing girl in a blue dress with red apron, blue kerchief, and brown boots, holding a small round basket or pie in front of her on a matching round base.

Material and finish: Hand painted multicolor porcelain in soft browns, blues, creams and reds with molded clothing folds, facial features, and textured hair, sized for tabletop, shelf, or curio cabinet display.

Markings: Larger boy figure underside stamped with the blue Goebel V/bee mark and "W. Germany" text indicating West German production; girl figure with complementary sculpt and base year 1995/96.
