A little traveler with someplace to be. This vintage Goebel M.I. Hummel “Globe Trotter” captures the classic Hummel sense of motion: a boy stepping forward with his closed orange umbrella and woven basket/knapsack, looking ready for the next stop on the road.

This is the HUM 79/0 version, marked with the sought-after blue Stylized Bee in a V and “Western Germany” on the underside. That TMK‑3 mark places production in the earlier 1960–1972 period, making it distinctly different from later Globe Trotter examples with the bee-less Goebel TMK‑6 mark.
