Original vintage Grumman cast aluminum display emblem mounted on a beautifully crafted solid mahogany display plaque with decorative routed edges. This is not a lightweight reproduction—the emblem is solid cast aluminum, weighs 1 lb. 8 oz., measures approximately 15¾” x 7½”, and the display measures 18½” x 10”.
The emblem features raised block lettering, a textured background, and retains its original industrial finish with honest age and light handling wear. The reverse shows hand-finishing and raised casting bosses, consistent with vintage production methods. Mounted on what appears to be a custom mahogany presentation board, likely created for executive, showroom, or corporate display.
