Vintage Heavy Masonic Freemason Miniature Altar / Desk Display – Holy Bible, Square and Compass
Unusual and substantial vintage Masonic display piece measuring approximately 8.5 x 7.5 inches. The heavy rectangular metal base supports a raised miniature open Holy Bible, prominently decorated with the traditional Masonic Square and Compasses with the letter “G.”Surrounding the Bible are three silver-tone miniature candlesticks, apparently representing the traditional Three Lesser Lights of Freemasonry positioned around the Masonic altar. This is an especially interesting Masonic collectible because it appears to reproduce, in miniature, the symbolic arrangement of a lodge altar rather than simply displaying a Masonic emblem. The base is extremely heavy and non-magnetic and appears to be brass or bronze-type metal. The three candlesticks are a contrasting silver-tone metal.Vintage condition with scratches, surface wear, patina and oxidation consistent with age and use. Please examine the photographs carefully,
