It is entirely New Old Stock (NOS) and remains tucked inside its original custom cardboard shipping insert.Item Highlights:

Condition: Pristine. The glass has absolutely no utensil marks, scratches, cloudiness, or fading. It has never been used or washed.
Packaging: Includes the original vintage cardboard storage box featuring the original factory-applied "I.C. Light" structural sealing tape with the intact 12 fl. oz. government health warnings still visible. Tape has been torn and is not completely intact (see photos).
