Vintage pair of natural matching jasper stone bookends with polished faces and natural rough outer surfaces. The stone has attractive red, mustard yellow, olive green, cream, and darker banded coloration.
An older handwritten label identifies the stone as jasper. Exact geographic origin is unknown.
These are substantial decorative bookends with a combined weight of approximately 7 lb.

CONDITION
Vintage pre-owned condition with natural variations, surface lines, rough stone areas, small chips, and imperfections consistent with the material and age. Polished display faces show some light surface wear. Natural outer portions remain rough and unfinished.
