Vintage German-made Jim Bowie two-blade Copperhead-style folder measuring approximately 3 3/4” closed, with smooth yellow handles, nickel silver bolsters, brass liners, and the distinctive Jim Bowie shield.
The primary blade carries the attractive “Jim Bowie / Premium Quality / Hand Made” etch, with Jim Bowie / Germany tang stamping. Both polished stainless steel blades appear unsharpened and have strong snap with good tight fit and no wobble.
The smooth yellow handles are solid with no cracks or chips noted. There is a small area of discoloration near the lower bolster, clearly visible in the photos and mentioned here for accuracy.
Overall, the knife remains clean, with only honest storage and handling marks, including light scratches on the bolsters and light patina inside the liners. Nothing major, but should be noted.
A sharp-looking German Jim Bowie with a desirable traditional Copperhead-style frame, strong original blade etch, and excellent mechanical condition.
