Research indicates this piece was produced by Illinois Moulding Company during the early 1960s. The back retains a partial Illinois Moulding Company stamp and factory code, while the front is signed Jonero. Similar Jonero popcorn art pieces are known in Asian-inspired series, though this larger format appears to be less commonly found.
