Vintage L. S. Starrett No. 87 Weighted Plumb Bob (5.5β Long) Made in Athol, Mass. USA πΊπΈ
This plumb bob is in great condition other than the tip. The tip has a slight bend/dent to it (see photos). I donβt believe this will make too much of a difference. Maybe you can grind it straight. Other than that, itβs in great condition. On more modern day renditions, they have replaceable tips. Because itβs inevitable that it will strike the ground or floor at some point, in its life.
See photos for dimensions and other cosmetic details, such as minor scuffs, scratches, etc.
Check out my other exciting items, I list five a day.
