Stunning Matching Vintage Set of Four 10 Inch Hand Painted Chinese Export Porcelain Decorative Display Plates (Set of Four)
Lots of Info on these plates...
Each plated features an elegant classic Chinoiserie pattern that is highlighted by multi-tiered geometric black and gold plant stands holding ornate floral bowls filled with blooming chrysanthemums, peonies and foliage. Butterflies and birds populate the scene and it is all framed perfectly by a geometric black, gold, and iron red scalloped border.
Made from porcelain and hand painted with overglazed enamel. This is a great example of Art Pottery. The region where these were produced is Macao (Macau) China. Circa late 20th century (1970-1979) Beautiful gilded accents and the original factory import labels with the artist batched stamped. Each plate is 10 inches in diameter.
