Features J. Ralph Mickle and Jack H. Geisel, Jr. as directors and phone number 733-4211. The matchbook has a metallic gold cover with black lettering and retains most of its original blue-tip matches.
This example appears to date to the early 1970s. Jack H. Geisel, Jr. became a licensed funeral director in 1972 and purchased the Mickle-Geisel Funeral Home from Ralph Mickle in 1973.
