Made for Reading Merchants Ice Co., Inc., Reading, Pennsylvania, advertising Mobilheat fuel oil and automatic delivery service.
The decals were manufactured by Topflight Corporation, York, PA and include instructions for removing the backing sheet and applying the label to a clean, smooth surface. These appear to retain their original backing and have not been applied.
