Up for sale is a beautiful 2\" vintage pocket trinket pill box crafted from two matched halves of a natural polished clam shell. The exterior and interior feature a luminous mother-of-pearl finish with an iridescent milky-white and cream sheen that catches the light.
The shell halves are securely bonded to a warm, gold-tone brass rim, complete with a functioning integrated hinge and a secure wire pinch/clasp closure. It opens and closes smoothly and snaps firmly shut to keep small items secure.
