Condition Details:
Exterior: The oak wood cabinet has a wonderful, authentic weathered patina. It shows normal wear, scuffs, and minor wood separation consistent with its 100+ year age. Please see photos indicating the minor cracks. The original metal hinges and latch are present.
Lithograph Sign: The front tin sign has excellent, vibrant colors. It shows some expected minor aging, light surface scratching, and bowing, giving it an authentic vintage look.
Interior: The original wooden internal shelf dividers and cubby framework are fully intact! It is currently missing the individual slide-out wooden drawers, but the structural grid remains solid and ready for display or a drawer-restoration project.
