This piece features exceptional old-world craftsmanship, showcasing the child Jesus cradling a rustic cross in one hand while pointing toward the radiant Sacred Heart on his chest. The lower trim of his tunic is elegantly adorned with intricate gold-painted stenciling, resting upon a beautifully cast hexagonal pedestal displaying the traditional "IHS" Christian monogram.

Material & Craftsmanship Notes:

Unlike modern hollow plastic replicas, this vintage piece is crafted from a dense, solid old-world composition/wood-paste material. This traditional compound allows for incredible, crisp detailing—from the individual curls of hair to the delicate folds of the robe—while giving the figurine a wonderful, solid quality weight.
