Vintage Schatz 1000 Day Anniversary Clock
Beautiful vintage Schatz brass anniversary/torsion pendulum clock made in Germany.
Movement is stamped:
* Schatz & Söhne
* Model 54
* Two Jewels
* Made in Germany
* November 1958 production
The clock is in very nice vintage condition with original brass finish, original pendulum, glass panels, and dial.
I lightly wound the movement enough to test operation. The pendulum oscillates freely, the clock starts running, and the hands advance normally. I observed it operating for approximately 30 minutes and it kept reasonably accurate time during that period.
The original winding key is NOT included, so I have not fully wound or long-term tested the movement. It is therefore being sold as a working vintage clock that has not been serviced or timed for extended accuracy.
Condition includes:
* Original brass finish
* Four glass panels intact
* Original pendulum included
* Minor cosmetic wear from age
* Light spotting/discoloration on dial
* Minor scratches and finish wear on case
* Missing winding key
