Vintage Schrade Uncle Henry LB8 “Papa Bear” large lockback folding hunting knife, USA made, complete with brown leather belt sheath.

This is the classic full-size Uncle Henry lockback featuring Staglon simulated stag handle scales, the traditional Uncle Henry script shield, solid brass bolsters and a stainless-steel clip-point blade. The blade tang is clearly stamped:

The knife has a substantial, traditional hunting-knife design and is a desirable example of the older American-made Schrade production.

The knife is in good pre-owned vintage condition with honest signs of age and use. The blade retains a clean overall appearance with light scratches and evidence of previous use/sharpening. Brass bolsters have developed tarnish/patina along with surface scratches and handling marks. Staglon handles remain attractive with no major damage visible in the photos.

Includes the brown leather snap-closure belt sheath shown. The leather has age-related wear, staining, scuffs and discoloration consistent with use and storage.

Knife and sheath are being sold exactly as pictured. No attempt has been made to polish the brass or otherwise restore the knife. Please enlarge and review all photos carefully, as they are an important part of the condition description.
