Vintage Solid Cast Brass Lyre Wall Sconce 13\" Mid Century Hollywood Regency For Sale

Vintage Solid Cast Brass Lyre & Ivy Wall Sconce - Heavy Mid-Century Hollywood Regency

Description:

For sale is a gorgeous, authentic mid-century vintage two-arm wall sconce featuring a classical Neoclassical musical lyre (harp) motif surrounded by a trailing wreath of ivy leaves.

This is a premium, heavy casting made of 100% solid brass all the way through (not cheap plastic, resin, or plated mystery metal). The backside features a rough sand-cast texture and authentic aged patina, with the bright golden yellow of the solid brass showing through beautifully on the high-contact spots.

It features an integrated keyhole hanger cast directly into the top fleur-de-lis tip for stable, secure wall mounting. Perfect for standard size taper candles to add an elegant Hollywood Regency or Classical Revival focal point to your living room, dining room, or hallway.
