Vintage Copper Tea / Serving Ware – 3 Piece Lot
Offered together is this attractive group of three vintage copper kitchen/serving pieces with a wonderful naturally aged finish and patina.
The lot includes a small lidded tea kettle/teapot with swing handle and spout, a handled creamer/pourer with wide pouring lip, and a taller covered pitcher/kettle with side handle and angled spout.
At least one piece is clearly stamped “SPARTAN – MINNEAPOLIS, U.S.A.” on the underside. Another piece is stamped “MADE IN ENGLAND.” Because the pieces have different markings, I am selling them together as a vintage copper grouping rather than representing them as an originally manufactured matching set.
The pieces appear to be primarily copper with contrasting metal components/handles. They have not been aggressively polished and retain their aged copper appearance.
Condition: Pre-owned vintage condition with age-appropriate patina, tarnish, oxidation/verdigris, surface scratches, discoloration, spotting and other signs of previous use. Interior surfaces also show oxidation, staining and wear.
There is visible wear around seams, handle attachment points and spouts. Please examine all photographs closely, as they show the actual condition and are an important part of the description.
Approximate heights shown in the photographs are about 4 inches for the creamer, 4–5 inches for the kettle body and about 6 inches for the taller covered pitcher, depending on whether handles/lids are included in the measurement.
These have a great primitive/Mid-Century vintage copper appearance and would display nicely in a farmhouse, rustic, country or vintage kitchen collection.
All three pieces pictured are included and will be sold together.
