Vintage Original Syracuse University Brass And Marble Desk Lamp. I believe that this lamp was reproduced later on but this piece is actually an original. The tag underneath is underwriters laboratories Inc. the plug and the switch are vintage. It's a double light. Both lights are either on or off at the same time when the switch is moved. The shade is parchment paper and does have some lines and denting but it's fully intact, everything can be seen from the photos. There's no physical damage to this piece just some cosmetic wear. The brass tag says William h.t.smith class of 1965 - MPA. This lamp measures 22 in tall with the finial, the bottom base is 6 in in diameter, the top shade is approximately 14 in in diameter at the bottom opening with the top opening have an 8 in diameter. This piece would benefit from a good cleaning but other than that it's really nice. Please see all photos, any questions please ask.
