Up for sale is a pair of nice vintage Utica Tools No. 50 electrician's side cutting pliers. 8" and 6" lengths. Both are in excellent condition with intact jaw knurling and sharp wire cutters. The hinges are properly tight, like they just came off the assembly line. The 8" has a nice grip pattern on the handles. The 8" has very light wear while the 6" appears nearly unused. Two high-quality USA-made tools ready to get back to work.
Based on the trademarks and markings, it is estimated that the 8" plier dates to the 1930s - 40s. The 6" is a bit younger. Estimated manufacture was late 1940s - 50s.
