Paronelli has been putting Italian craftsmanship into smokers’ hands since 1945, when Jean Marie Alberto Paronelli founded the brand in Gavirate, Italy. The family tradition continues today under his grandson, Ariberto. Alberto’s passion went well beyond making pipes—he also established Italy’s first pipe museum in 1970.
The pipes carry that artistic streak, ranging from handsome traditional shapes to adventurous freehands, with expressive briar, bold finishes, and plenty of individual character. Paronelli is a name worth knowing if you like your Italian pipes with a little swagger. There’s more than one way to wear good boots, and more than one way to carve a fine piece of briar.

My shipping is a little more than some. I use UPS (unless it's going to a PO Box or non contiguous US) because UPS has a 98% success rate versus USPS at 87.5%. I have a dedicated UPS representative who goes above and beyond in the rare case there is a shipping issue. Three-ish dollars is worth the peace of mind in my opinion.
