Condition: Good vintage condition. Visible surface wear, light scratches, discoloration, and natural tarnish/patina from age and handling. Loop intact; see photos for close-ups of wear.
Bronze-tone metal medallion with hanging loop for display or wear.
Obverse text/design: "VETERANS OF FOREIGN WARS ANNIVERSARY" with large "75TH," three stars, and the VFW emblem at center.
Reverse text/design: "DEPARTMENT COMMANDER" and "1973 - 1974" with an outline of Pennsylvania and the name "LOUIS RIZZO" inside the state outline.
Commemorates the Veterans of Foreign Wars 75th Anniversary period (1973–1974) for the Pennsylvania Department Commander.
Era: 1970s vintage collectible VFW medallion; original patina left as found.
