This collection represents many years of women's competitive and league bowling and includes a large assortment of colorful embroidered patches and several pins from WIBC (Women's International Bowling Congress), AWBA/WBA and later USBC bowling organizations.
The collection spans several decades, with dated pieces visible from the 1960s through 2010.
Among the many patches visible are championship and tournament pieces from Phoenix, Tucson, Yuma, Mesa Valley, Reno, Salt Lake City, Cedar Rapids, Baton Rouge, Tampa, Wichita, Tulsa, Milwaukee, Michigan, Sarasota, Clearwater and other locations.
Highlights include early 1963-64 WIBC League Champion, 1966-67 WIBC League Champion Golden Anniversary, 1976-77 League Champion, National 500 Club, WIBC Over 100 Average, AWBA Championship Tournament, state tournament, WIBC Championship Tournament and numerous commemorative and anniversary patches.
Later pieces include WIBC/USBC Women's Championship material, including 2002 Milwaukee, 2003 Reno, 2004 Wichita, 2005 Tulsa, 2007 Charlotte and 2010 El Paso examples.
Also included are the loose bowling patches shown in the final photograph, including USBC Women's Championships, USBC 160 Game patches, Hall of Fame Kingman Member, AWBA Mesa Valley 1992 and additional tournament/award patches.
