Original WWII U.S. Army M-43 pullover field parka, officially stamped “Parka, Field, Cotton, O.D.” and size Large.
Constructed from olive drab cotton sateen with an attached adjustable hood, four-button throat closure, large double-entry kangaroo pocket, adjustable cuffs and drawcord hem with original wooden stopper. The oversized cut was designed to fit over a separate pile liner. Liner is not included.
The interior stencil is faded but retains the garment nomenclature, size and 1943 specification marking.
