Vintage Wildstone Editions Pena 1989 Signed Griffin Figurine Resin Painted Brown For Sale

The legendary griffon is part lion, part eagle. Often mentioned and pictured in ancient mythology as a guardian of priceless possessions and as a symbol of strength and leadership. A king of beasts and birds. I acquired him used years ago from a seller and he has been on a shelf in my bedroom since.Getting him ready to list, I noticed a repaired crack on one black talon that I never saw because it is not noticeable until you get close in the right light. It is not loose at all. There is a scuff on his hip where I have circled, but his fur and feathers have so much shine to them that it often blends in depending on the light. 99% of any white spots you see are only light reflections, not rubs. He is really a beauty and very regal looking. A must have for any dragon or fantasy themed collection!
