Vintage Xavier of London Quartz Marbled Brass Dome Faced Clock Desk Pen Holder For Sale

This beautiful desk clock is in working condition, it is battery operated. Unfortunately, I was unable to find another similar clock so I'm unable to date it, I'm guessing 50's. The pen for the rollerball is missing and I believe there is a pen holder that would screw on also missing. On the right front corner (top & bottom) the stone is imperfect as pictured. I wouldn't say chipped, more scratched mildly. The right side has what looks like a chip that I also pictured but it is not, it feels smooth and has no line fractures. I'm unsure if the stone is technically called onyx, marble or even possibly agate of some sort. It is heavy, cold, feels perfectly smooth along the edges (except the corner as mentioned) and you can tell it is a quality piece. I have seen similar clocks but the "brass" they used was that 90s yellow brass, this is older, real brass, tarnished a bit. I have removed the battery but I will include a new one upon shipment.
