Vintage 1918 WW1 American Artists’ “The Cartoon Book” dedicated to the success of the 3rd Liberty Loan. It was published by the Bureau of Publicity, War Loan Organization, Treasury Department, Washington DC. The “book” is 6” high x 4.75” wide, 24 pages printing on both sides of the page.
The color of the paper is discolored by age with some minor tears and the paper is fragile. Photos show damage on left side, top & bottom corners & damage to left top continuing on several of the pages. The condition of the cartoon drawings are in good shape.
Previously owned by my grandfather.
