Listing fora vintage 1970/80\'s original sign, a anti Japan period when/because Japanese \"rice burners\" (motorcycles) were flooding the USA market. Sign is flat, not embossed, heavy steel gauge sign, weighs 2 Lbs., 13 ounces, measures 18\" by 12\", single mounting hole at top center and bottom. Paint is a flat dark orange on glossy black, shows wear (scuffs, scratches, rubs, paint and gloss loss, etcetera), no dents to mention, I don\'t see any. Some colors my camera cannot capture well, the last 2 back photos are out of focus, the previous 2 of the top half is somewhat accurate, the bottom 1/2 is not as good as the photo shows. Unknown maker, unsigned. During bike week in Daytona, the bars would attract crowds with a contest of who could accurately guess how long the Jap bike engine would run without oil, gas throttle held at full speed, kind of disappointing... burned out really fast! Easily over 4 decades old,condition overall good considering...
