Vtg Italian Gilt Framed Silk Floral Wall Art Plaques Flemish School Flowers 2pc For Sale

This vintage pair of Italian floral plaques exhibits noticeable cosmetic wear consistent with age, including clear paint loss, chipping, and weathering to the gold-gilt finish along the edges and corners of both wooden frames, along with scattered dust particles, minor dark blemishes, and light fiber spotting visible on the cream-colored fabric surfaces. Made in Italy, each piece features a detailed botanical bouquet print in the "Flemish school Flowers" style by G. B. - Florence, elegantly presented on textured fabric inside matching octagonal wooden frames with a gold-leaf wash finish and patterned paper backings. The outer frame edges measure approximately 6 inches wide by 8 inches tall. These classic mid-century accents come complete with built-in top metal loop hangers, making them ready to display immediately in a gallery wall arrangement or balanced on either side of a vintage vanity mirror to lean into a romantic, Old World aesthetic.
