This is a stunning, beautifully preserved vintage traditional Japanese Oyama display doll measuring approximately 12 inches tall. She is captured in a dynamic action pose performing the iconic Seven Hat Dance (Nanamaigasa / Hanagasa Odori) from classic Japanese theater. She is holding several overlapping red dance hats accented with a gold-threaded spoke design, with additional hats elegantly cascading down her arm and perching on her stylized black hair—totaling 7 traditional hats in all.
