This item is a vintage decorative covered urn or tureen, such as a Nordic Art Large Tureen Urn featuring distinctive winged dragon handles and a finial depicting a small animal with a fish.
The Mid-20th Century Reproductions (c. 1960s): Throughout the mid-1900s, companies like Nordic Art produced popular molded ceramic and chalkware reproductions of this exact model (often dated around 1969) finished in weathered, faux-bronze gold paint. This one is signed by artist & says 1967.
No large chips and no cracks. Does have minor flea bite like chips due to wear in a few areas. I tried to capture photos of them all. This is a large piece that will require a large box & lots of packing material. I have tried to keep the price down due to shipping cost. Look all photos over well and read descriptions. No returns.
