Vintage PM Italy Silver-Plated Salt Shaker and Pepper Grinder Mill Set. classic cylindrical set features PM Italy prancing horse hallmark on the bottom of both shakers, and "Made in Italy" stamp on the grinder mechanism.
Functionality: The pepper mill mechanism still turns smoothly and functions nicely! Both original, matching silver-plated acorn finials are included and screw onto the center rods securely with tight, intact threading.
Exterior: rich vintage patina with dramatic dark tarnish and rainbow tones throughout. They can be left as-is or polished up to a mirror shine (your choice!)
Interior: The interior of the salt shaker shows typical white residue and pitting from historic salt storage. The pepper mill's internal steel grinding mechanism shows cosmetic surface rust from age, but it does not impede the smooth twisting function (see photos).
