Up for sale is a rare Vintage Sheffield Model 3750 Electric Desk Clock, made in Switzerland. This striking timepiece represents Mid-Century Modern executive luxury, machined from solid brass and finished with a striking brushed champagne-gold dial.

This clock is a wonderful survivor of the horological \"Transitional Era\". Inside lies a rare 7-jewel Swiss electric movement—a high-complication hybrid that uses a standard 9V battery to drive a traditional mechanical balance wheel.
