Vtg Sunbonnet Sue Bonnet Sue Applique Quilt Blue, Red, Green, Yellow 68 x 82" For Sale

This Sunbonnet Sue quilt is adorable! This block applique quilt features bands of lime green and yellow framing each of the Sunbonnet Sues. Calicos and plaids in red and yellow join florals and checks in a multitude of colors and patterns. Solid colors in navy denim blue, purple and pink provide a pleasing array of colors. Each of the figures is blanket stitched in a dark black thread. This hand applique quilt is cotton. The back is a solid white. This quilt was most likely made in the 1970s. Machine washable, delicate. This quilt would be a great addition to any traditional, vintage or retro cottage or cabin!
