WWII Officer Coat - Named For Sale

US Army Officer\'s Coat named and identified to Dr. Francis Runde (1902-1992) who served as an Army dentist in North Africa and Italy during World War II. Notably, Runde treated the actress Mitzi Mayfair for an infected tooth during her 1943 USO tour (detailed in both Stars & Stripes and Yank). Runde served overseas from (likely) late-1942 until 1944. He was assigned to the 8th General Dispensary during his overseas service.
