Miller was serving as the CO aboard the USS Cisco (SS-290) when his sub was sunk by Japanese air and naval forces about 28 SEP 1943. He was awarded the Purple Heart posthumously. Accepting want lists for military signatures. Serious buyers/collectors only. I\'m recovering from a stroke and have zero patience or wherewithal for dealing with time wasters. Absolutely NO supposed relatives, self-appointed historians/authors/curators, or others who think lame bargaining ploys will net them gold for the price of tin.
